Waitlist and newsletter terms

These terms cover only the waitlist and the optional newsletter on ronski-app.com. The app is not open yet.

Joining is free. It creates no obligation for you or for us, and it does not create an account. Joining does not reserve an account, a launch date or a place in a queue.

You must be 18 or older. Use only your own email address, never someone else's.

The newsletter is optional and has its own separate checkbox. It carries news about Ronski only, at most twice a month. It has no advertising for other companies, and we never sell or rent the list.

You can stop it at any time with the link in every newsletter. Stopping the newsletter keeps you on the waitlist.

You can leave the waitlist at any time with the link in any email from us. We may remove addresses that are fake, abused or entered for someone else.

Oskar Varis runs the waitlist and the newsletter as a private individual under the name Ronski, Finland, until a company has been founded.

These terms move to the company when it is founded. We will tell you before any change that affects you.

How your personal data is handled is described on the Privacy page, in particular in the section What we collect when you join the waitlist.

The waitlist and the newsletter are provided as they are. We are not liable beyond what mandatory law requires. Your rights as a consumer are not limited.

Finnish law applies to these terms. This does not take away the protection that the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live gives you.
